Cancellation FAQ’s
If you wish to cancel the order, please let us know within 2 hours of placing the order as after that the order is processed immediately. You can cancel an order by sending us an email to help@thegossipstore.co.in. As soon as the order is cancelled, we refund the entire amount if it is a prepaid order.
Shipping FAQ’s
How long does it take to deliver the products?
We try to deliver all our orders as quickly as possible. Depending upon your address, the delivery time may vary between 5 - 9 working days.
How can I track my order?
Once, the Order is shipped, you can track your order. You can click on “Track Your Order” in your email or check in the delivery partner's website with the AWB number.
How much will the shipping cost be?
All orders which are prepaid will be shipped free of cost. However, for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders below ₹499 a nominal fee of ₹30 will be charged. For COD orders worth ₹500 or above, it will be shipped free of cost.

What are the COD (Cash on Delivery) charges?
COD charges are applicable for orders paid via Cash on Delivery. We charge a fee to cover the additional processing costs associated with COD transactions. This fee helps us ensure smooth and efficient delivery of your order.
What are the COD charges?
Please note that a COD (Cash on Delivery) charge of Rs 30 will be applied for orders below Rs 1000. No COD charge will be taken for orders above Rs 1000. Thank you for your understanding.
Do we have to pay COD Charges for prepaid orders too?
No, COD Charges will not be taken for any prepaid order of any value.
Size FAQ's
How do we check what size we require?
You can check your sizes in our size chart provided with each design above the add to cart option. The length and chest measurements are provided in Inches. For a comfortable fit, it is recommended to buy a size larger than usual for the Regular Fit T-shirts for men and women.
