Cancellation FAQ’s
If you wish to cancel the order, please let us know within 2 hours of placing the order as after that the order is processed immediately. You can cancel an order by sending us an email to help@thegossipstore.co.in. As soon as the order is cancelled, we refund the entire amount if it is a prepaid order.
Shipping FAQ’s
How long does it take to deliver the products?
We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Depending upon your address, the delivery time may vary between 5 - 9 working days.
What address details should I provide while placing my order?
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct while placing your order. Kindly provide the complete address including Building name/house number, Street name, Area and Pincode with a nearby landmark for easier delivery. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused due to incomplete or incorrect address details.
How can I track my order?
Once, the Order is shipped, you can track your order. You can click on “Track Your Order” in your email or check in the delivery partner's website with the AWB number. We send an Order Update email separately for you to track your order.
How much will the shipping cost be?
All prepaid orders are shipped free of cost across India. Tip: We recommend choosing prepaid payment for faster dispatch and smoother delivery.
COD FAQ's
What are the COD (Cash on Delivery) charges?
COD charges apply only to Cash on Delivery orders to cover the additional processing costs associated with COD transactions. This fee helps us ensure smooth and efficient delivery of your order.
What are the COD charges?
Please note that a COD (Cash on Delivery) charge of Rs 30 will be applied for orders below Rs 1000. No COD charge will be taken for orders above Rs 1000. Thank you for your understanding.
Do we have to pay COD Charges for prepaid orders too?
No, Prepaid orders have no COD charges and free shipping.
Size FAQ's
How do we check what size we require?
You can check your sizes in our size chart provided with each design above the add to cart option. The length and chest measurements are provided in Inches. For a comfortable fit, it is recommended to buy a size larger than usual for the Regular Fit T-shirts for men and women.
