Can the product be returned?

We at The Gossip Store only exchange the size of the product because we prioritize delivering the highest quality products to you. While we take utmost care in sending the best, we recognize that in the realm of clothing, sizing concerns may arise. Therefore, we gladly accept size exchanges.

Can damaged product be returned?

If you receive a damaged or a torn product, kindly email us at help@thegossipstore.co.in with a picture of the damaged product. Our quality team will check the picture and revert to you with the next steps.

How do you exchange your size?

If you wish to exchange the size of the product, please do by writing to us at help@thegossipstore.co.in. All exchanges will be handled through email.
The exchange can be done only within 2-3 days after receiving the product. We cannot exchange after that. The exchange is applicable only once and we shall not exchange the size more than once.

What are the conditions of return/exchange?
All products of The Gossip Store can only be exchanged. The product should be intact with the packaging and returned in the same condition as it was received. The products should be unused and unworn. Any damage to the product cannot be exchanged or returned.

What is the return/exchange procedure?
Once we receive your email with the required size, our team will carry out an inspection and then the exchange process commences. The process might take 15-17 working days. A pickup will be arranged by us. After we receive the product, we will ship the exchanged product requested by you within 24 to 48 hours, however, a reverse pickup is chargeable of Rs 100 for T-shirts and Crop tops and Rs 120 for Hoodies, Sweatshirts and Co-ord sets.
If the customer wants to ship the product for exchange to The Gossip Store directly, an email to help@thegossipstore.co.in can be sent requesting the address.

Can Bulk Orders be exchanged?
We cannot exchange or return any bulk orders as it is customized.
